Your License Rights

You are hereby granted the following license with this product:

MRR + PLR (Master Resell Rights + Private Label Rights)

This combined license provides the greatest flexibility and freedom for you. The key points of your rights are as follows:

• Modify When Selling on Etsy
  If you choose to resell this product on Etsy, you must modify it to meet Etsy's guidelines. At a minimum, you should customize the product to align with your brand and colors and change some of the imagery.

• Branding and Customization
  You are encouraged to use your own product images and wording when reselling, rather than directly copying ours. Modifying the product to suit your brand is recommended for all platforms.

• Reselling Rights

  • You are free to offer Reseller Rights (MRR or PLR) to your customers. This is optional.
  • You may choose to offer the product with only PLR, commercial use, or personal use rights instead.
  • You do not need to pass on MRR unless you choose to.

• Ways You Can Use This Product

  • Sell the product as-is (modifications required for Etsy—see the “Etsy Non-compete” clause in the full license agreement).
  • Add your own branding and logos.
  • Modify or copy the content to suit your business needs.
  • Sell the product unlimited times and retain 100% of the profit.
  • Offer the modified version of the product as a freebie to your audience.
  • Bundle the product with other products you offer (must be modified before bundling). See “Bundling Rules” in the license agreement.
  • Use the product in a paid course you create and offer to your audience.

• Optional Resell Rights for Your Customers
  You have the option to allow your customers to resell the product (MRR or PLR), but it is not required.

• Document Retention
  Keep this document as a record of your license for future reference.

Licensee's Obligations and Restrictions

• Bundling Rules
  The Licensee cannot bundle more than 5 single products into one bundle for resale. If the product is already provided as a bundle, the Licensee may resell the bundle as is. However, Licensee cannot combine bundles (i.e., a bundle cannot contain another bundle). Special Case: The Licensee cannot resell a "whole shop" bundle; this right is exclusive to the Licensor.

• Etsy Non-Compete Clause
  The Licensee agrees not to compete directly with the Licensor on Etsy. Etsy enforces strict rules against duplicate product listings. The Licensee cannot sell a product on Etsy for a price lower than that of the Licensor. Additionally, the Licensee must use different imagery and wording in listing photos to avoid product duplication. Failure to comply with Etsy’s policies may result in the Licensee’s shop being penalized or shut down by Etsy.

• Disclaimer
  The Licensee agrees that the digital content is provided "as is" without warranties, express or implied. The Licensor is not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of the digital content.

• Compliance with Laws
  The Licensee agrees to comply with all relevant laws and regulations in the resale and distribution of the digital content.

• Copyright and Trademark Restrictions
  The Licensee is not permitted to apply for a trademark or copyright for the products. All rights, title, and interest in and to the digital content, including intellectual property rights, shall remain the property of the Licensor. This agreement does not transfer any ownership or copyright rights to the Licensee.

• Acceptance of Agreement
  By using or reselling the digital content, the Licensee accepts and agrees to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

Termination

• Breach of License
  The Licensor reserves the right to terminate this License if the Licensee breaches any of the terms outlined in this agreement.

• Effect of Termination
  Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease all use of the digital content and destroy any copies in their possession.

Indemnification

The Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold the Licensor harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the Licensee's use, resale, or distribution of the digital content.

 

No Return Policy for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns after purchase. Please ensure you understand the product before purchasing.
