This 1853 Arrows and Rays Seated Liberty Quarter is a better-date coin and a true eye-catcher. Graded around XF (Extra Fine) in our opinion, it shows strong detail and some incredible natural purple toning that really sets it apart. The “Arrows and Rays” type was issued only in 1853, making it a short-lived and very collectible design. A must-have for type set collectors and toning enthusiasts alike.
